cold.
It has been so cold the past couple of days! And everyone is getting sick. Sucks. School is so intense now. Wake up, get to class. Dance practices, paint. Get home, homework. Study, sleep. It's been definitely physically and emotionally draining. I really want to just sleep all day. There's also a lot of assignments nowadays so I've gotta step it up.
I miss summer VBS ): Letting the kids win....oh, they were heartless when it came to dumping cold water on me.

homecoming.
Homecoming is literally my life the next two weeks. The past weeks wouldn't even compare. Now, we have practices EVERYDAY, except for Fridays. Practices are until 5, with the exception for Sundays, which is until 6. We better kick butt at the rally man.
It's hot.
Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

updates.
I want DSK Jewelry's necklaces! They are so gorgeous. And you know how when you go to a store or whatever, you like want one thing? I want like allllll of the necklaces. They're so freaking cuute.Anywhoos, Verde Tea Cafe, ugh. That place had a grand opening on Sunday, and everyone was like, "Yippee, Verde's back!" But now, I think Verde's kinda poopy. So, since their new location and grand opening happened, Verde is now a "restaurant" and don't get me wrong or anything, it's beautiful in there! But the thing is, is that you have to start paying $5 to sit in there. Like are you kidding me? First of all, it's a popular place for high schoolers, would you really think that they would have the money, or even want to pay that fee? And plastic bags. Gosh. So my friend went in and asked for bags for her food that she did not finish, and they gave her two. I go in ask for a bag and they're like, "Well, what do you need a bag for?" And I said, "For my food..." Then they go, "Oh well we gave your friend three bags just now." Okay, first things first, it was two bags not three. Secondly, it's just a bag, like, do I have to bring in my left over food and prove that I actually do need a bag? Their fried calamari is also yuck. I love calamari...but theirs make me want to gag.
Homecoming. I have been so busy because of it. Practices are more intense now, because homecoming is in 3 short weeks! Chinese project. Oh my goodness, everything is so crammed! Everyone is so busy that it's hard to meet up. And it is due this Friday.

It's 9:11PM and I haven't even started my load of homework. I've been so busy this weekend, it's not even funny. Practices for homecoming girl's dance is actually starting to be exciting and fun. I loove it. The couples is really awesome too. But whatever, it's time now to do homeworkkkasdfjkl;

busy as a beeeeeee.
So, I just got back from school. More so, homecoming practice. My energy is slowly draining away from me. I still have to do my Chem labs, World studies work, and study for my very first math test. Since tests count for 70% in our class, if I fail this test I'm failing this grading period. I do not want that at all. I'll be going to my tutor at 9:30PM tonight. Hopefully I get all the help I need. But for now, I really need to pull myself together and get all my work done.
Homecoming couple dance practices are always so much fun. Everyone gets a long and there are a lot of trust, team work, and of course, tons of laughing...and dropping each other. We got down all three lifts and I'm so so SO proud of us! My partner and I take a while to get it, but in the very end we do get it. And it makes us just super excited. Even though I was really tired, and didn't have the energy to do everything, I was practically living off his energy for the few hours we were practicing.
Girls practices are confusing. Everyone's talking all together, and no one really pays attention when they should be. It's not as organized but when we get parts of the dance down everyone's just very happy. I'm going to be so busy in the next few weeks.
I have a chinese project which she just assigned today, but it is due next Friday! It's a group project, and we have 5 people in our group. But all our schedules conflict with each other! The most we can get on a day is 3 people. And doing one project different days with different people gets very messy and confusing. But we'll figure it out. And as if that doesn't make it busy enough, my World Studies/SS teacher assigned a project too! I'm so tired. My stupid pen is running out of ink. I should really get started....ew.

hypocrites.
Don't say that people don't have respect for you when you don't have respect for other people. So, freshman are running for class cabinet at the moment, and it is a fierce competition. They went all out, it's crazy. But people have no respect for their fellow classmates, you see people tearing their components posters down, drawing on them, putting their posters over their components hard work. Now, there's a boy who said that the campaign is causing everyone to lose their morals. But now, I see him putting down his competition and putting his posters over theirs. It's funny how you learn how to treat people the way you want to be treated when you're so young, but so little people actually do it. Don't pretend to be so great. People can see through fakes.
my soldier.
Oh my goshh, is this not the cutest? I lovee it.So, recently, I went to a mall about an hour away, and they had a Sanrio store which was bigger than the one we had at home. But since when was hello kitty this expensive?! Or maybe it was always expensive. But a purse/bag from there was like a hundred to two hundred dollars! And the material and styling was not even that great. Stupid economy.
I'm loving the song My Soldier by AJ Rafael. How cutee is he in the video? I think everyone is as strong as a soldier. Everyone has to go through their own problems, we're all troopers.

sweet 16.
Yesterday was my friend's 16th birthday! We went to Bloomingdales in San Francisco then went to Buca de Beppo's for dinner. We had so much fun. Especially at the Sanrio store! It was so much bigger than the one we have at home. But what's up with the $8 string bracelet. Stupid overpriced stuff >[
We slept over, and we're waiting for the people to come to celebrate Sweet 16 part 2! We get Sprinkles cupcakes. YUMMMM. Puahahaha. :3

perfume.
Is very expensive! Two bottles of it comes to an amazing total of $113.67 How crazy is this? But whatever, one is for my friend's birthday gift. I took forever trying to figure out which scent to get her. I hope she likes this one. It's vanilla-y. Omnomnomnomnom.
dependent.
"2 Corinthians 4:16
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outward we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
Lord, I want to be renewed by you each day. I need to be renewed by you each day."
I got this from a girl named Jennifer's blog. I find it very inspirational. Especially her story about how her mom has been teaching her how to be independent since she was a little girl, and she has always thought she was an inspiring person, until she left for college. Not then, she did not notice how dependent she really is. Now, I know Jennifer from VBS, she was our dance team leader, and I have always found her very inspirational. But after reading this story, it has also made me realize that I am also a very dependent person. But I also think that everyone's dependent on something. Whether it's a person, or materialistic.

happy birthday.
Today was Brian Nguyen's 17th birthday. And guess what? He likes the cookies! (: And he didn't die from them! Ahaha, after school Tiffany and I went to Brian's house to hang out, and I was so sleepy, I fell asleep for a few minutes. My dad's surgery also went well, but we don't know if his spine is healed or not, we have to wait for a few hours, or days. So many things happened today. And I have so much homework...ughh.

cookies.
I FINALLY FINISHED BAKING THEM! I started at 7PM, so it has been about 3 hours. I finished the cinnamon sugar, and they are delicious if I may say so myself. Right now, the sugar cookies are baking. I painted some with egg yolks and food coloring with my make up brushes. I boiled them so I hope that no one gets food poisoning. Oh gosh that would be horrible.
I just checked on the sugar cookies, and the ones that was painted has cracked, so the color's all crackly and unbeautiful. That sucks! Oh well, the plain ones look good. I should really get started on the card...I recorded myself on my camera, but I looked horrible so I won't be using that. A card will be fine. I really hope my friend enjoys the cookies. But most importantly his birthday.
-sigh- Time to do homework....
mood swings.
Two people shouldn't have to be fighting every day. Sometimes, because the second person does not want to fight anymore, he or she will stop the conversation, whether it is hanging up, or walking away. Sometimes the first person doesn't want to fight either, but things happen, and he or she just needs someone to blow up at. Why not just tell the second person how you're actually feeling instead of making him/her feel like they've been doing everything wrong? People should really stop their mood swings. Well, not stop them, but at least try talking it out first. People will understand.

dough.
The dough for the cinnamon sugar cookies are SUPER sticky! But whatever, it was super fun making it. Now, I have to wait it to chill, and tomorrow I will bake them. And the prices for food coloring! I never bought food coloring until today, and did not know how much those tiny little bottles costed! But it'll be worth it.
